We welcome volunteers and interns who are adaptable, open-minded, and passionate about working with children, families, and teachers in Cambodia. A friendly, outgoing nature is important, along with respect for local laws and customs.

Experience in teaching, social work, early education, sports training, curriculum development, IT, community service, or agriculture is especially valuable.
But even if your background is different, if you’re willing to learn and committed to helping, we’d love to hear from you.
We ask volunteers to commit to at least one month, with 3–6 months preferred, to ensure meaningful impact. Singles, couples, and families (with children) are welcome on a case-by-case basis.

Our main programs run in Kampong Speu & Siem Reap
Cambodia is a developing nation, so conditions are basic, but improving. Roads connect our project locations, safe accommodations are available, and clean drinking water is provided. The climate is warm year-round with two main seasons: Wet and Dry. Maintaining good hygiene is important to avoid tropical illnesses.
